How does the vending subsidy program work?
You set a monthly allowance per employee. We link it to their existing work badge or issue a prepaid card/key fob. Employees tap to pay at the machine and the cost is deducted from their subsidy balance. Once the balance is used up, they can still buy at regular price.
Can you integrate with our existing badge system?
We always try your current badges first. Most modern RFID and NFC-based badge systems are compatible with our machines. If yours isn't, we issue prepaid cards or key fobs at no extra charge — employees get them on setup day.
What happens when an employee's monthly allowance runs out?
They can still use the machine — they just pay the regular price with cash, card, or mobile pay. The machine seamlessly handles both subsidized and regular transactions.
Can we set different subsidy amounts by department or role?
Absolutely. You can configure different monthly allowances for different groups — by department, shift, seniority, or any criteria you choose. We set it all up during onboarding and you can adjust anytime.
How do we track spending?
We provide monthly usage reports showing total subsidy spend, per-employee usage, and the most popular items. You always know exactly where the budget is going. Reports can be delivered via email or accessed through a dashboard.
